All orders are usually despatched within 2 to 4 working days, and delivery takes about two working days. The cost for delivery per order is a flat rate of £5.99 within the United Kingdom. We do not offer overseas delivery at present. If an item is out of stock, we shall advise you by email with the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.
Faulty goods shall be fully refunded and we shall reimburse the return shipping. We shall refund the cost of non-faulty goods (excluding shipping) provided the items are returned in their original and unused condition within 14 days of receipt. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. Please contact us for your returns reference and instructions before you return the item.
